Terms & Conditions – Jagannath Palace

To ensure a peaceful, safe, and spiritually respectful environment for all guests, Jagannath Palace kindly requests every visitor to read and comply with the following terms and conditions. By confirming a booking or staying at the property, guests agree to abide by these rules.

1. Guest Policy

Jagannath Palace is a family-friendly and spiritually oriented hotel. Unmarried couples are not permitted to stay at the property. All guests must adhere to decent and respectful conduct during their stay.

2. Identification Requirement

All guests are required to provide valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in. Accepted ID proofs include:

  • Aadhaar Card
  • Passport
  • Voter ID
  • Driving License

Failure to provide valid ID may result in denial of check-in.

3. Check-in & Check-out Policy

Check-in Time: 11:00 AM
Check-out Time: 9:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and management approval.

4. Prohibited Items

The possession, consumption, or storage of alcohol, intoxicants, tobacco, or any prohibited substances is strictly forbidden within the hotel premises. Violation of this rule may lead to immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.

5. Food Policy

In respect of the spiritual and devotional atmosphere of Mayapur, non-vegetarian food items including meat, fish, egg, onion, and garlic are strictly prohibited inside the hotel premises. Guests are requested to fully cooperate with this policy.

6. Conduct & Religious Respect

Guests are expected to behave in a decent, disciplined, and dignified manner at all times. Any form of illicit, indecent, or obscene behavior, including inappropriate conduct or objectionable mixing among boys and girls or men and women, is strictly not allowed.

Additionally, guests must ensure that their actions, language, or behavior do not hurt or disrespect religious sentiments of the place or other guests.

7. Payment, Taxes & Refund Policy

All room booking payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation, no-show, early check-out, or violation of hotel rules.

Applicable taxes will be charged as per government norms:
CGST: 2.5%
SGST: 2.5%

8. Property Care & Cleanliness

Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and taking proper care of hotel property. Any damage or loss caused may attract penalties or immediate termination of the stay without refund.

9. Right of Admission

The management of Jagannath Palace reserves the right to refuse admission or discontinue accommodation of any guest found violating hotel policies, local laws, or disturbing the peace and comfort of others.

10. Management Authority

The management’s decision shall be final and binding in all matters related to bookings, guest conduct, safety, and discipline within the hotel premises.
