THE MAYAPUR

I’m not sure if the management is aware that a hotel business is classified as a hospitality enterprise. The helpers were great, In general the front desk workers were hospitable, except for one thing.
In my opinion, there is a “micromanager” whose presence creates a dark cloud over the whole operation with an “uptight” vibration that affects the whole staff and trickles down to the guests

The rooms were properly cleaned and hygiene was maintained. The price was little on the higher side but finding a good hotel near Isckon Mayapur is difficult. They also have proper parking space in their basement. The mandir is around 600 mtrs from the property. Hotel staffs were also professional and greeted us very well. We expect the same from every hotel to maintain the cleanliness and treat the customers properly. 5 on 5 for the hotel.

Spl thanks to reception madam who was always there to assist for every small guidances. Rooms are well lit, airy and clean, corridors lift are decked up with divine images. Perfect pilgrimage stay.
Wi-Fi enabled

At very good location with a calm & peaceful environment. Staffs were very well behaved & helpful. Especially I should specify the names of Milon Roy, Jaggnath Pravu & Esa Saha. I heartelly wish the groth, prosperity & wellbeing of this organizaton and its staffs as well.

Overall good experience but one thing would like to highlight is that the housekeeping department needs to buck up as towels and bedsheets were not that clean as bed was itchy for us and needs to improve the hospitality part as well as some of the front office person were little harsh speaking

We stayed on 26,27 th Mar'24 here and all facilities are fantastic. Cleanliness and location from ISKCON is appropriate.
